Compounded medication partners
Compounded medicines are made by a pharmacy for each patient. Ours include semaglutide, tirzepatide, NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione, tretinoin, and others. They're made by LegitScript-verified 503A compounding pharmacies. LegitScript is a company that checks pharmacies. Big payment and ad companies use its approval to tell which pharmacies are legitimate.
Our partners must:
- Hold a current license in every state they ship to
- Pass regular inspections by the state board of pharmacy
- Buy the active drug ingredients from FDA-registered sites
- Meet USP <797> (making sterile medicines) and USP <800> (handling hazardous drugs) standards where they apply
- Carry product liability insurance
Branded medication partners
Wegovy, Zepbound, and other FDA-approved brand-name medicines come from licensed wholesale suppliers. The drug makers recognize these supply chains. Brand-name medicines ship in their original sealed boxes.
Keeping medicine cold
GLP-1 medicines, peptides, and some other treatments need to stay cold. We ship each of these with tested cold packs. They arrive within the time the medicine is known to stay stable. Put them in the fridge when they arrive and check the package. If your medicine didn't stay cold enough, we'll send a free replacement within 14 days.
What we don't use
We don't buy from unlicensed "research peptide" sellers or gray-market sellers. We don't use pharmacies overseas that work outside U.S. rules. If a 503A pharmacy can't make it with a doctor overseeing it, Zappy doesn't offer it.
Reporting a concern
Something may seem wrong with your medicine. Maybe the seal is broken, it looks odd, or the dose seems off. Message your clinician right away and email care-team@walk.zappyhealth.com. We look into every report. When it's called for, we tell the state board of pharmacy.
