How shipping works.

Free shipping. Most orders arrive within 2–4 days after you send in your visit. Medicine that needs to stay cold ships cold. You'll need to sign for it when the law requires that.

The timeline

  1. Day 0: You finish the quiz and send in your visit.
  2. Day 0–1: A U.S. clinician looks at your case. You'll get an email when your plan is approved.
  3. Day 1–2: The pharmacy fills your order and prints a shipping label. You'll get a tracking number.
  4. Day 2–4: Your medicine arrives. Most members get it within 3 business days after approval.

Packaging

Everything ships in a plain box. Nothing on the outside says what's inside. GLP-1 medicines and other items that must stay cold ship with ice packs and arrive cold.

Where we ship

We ship to most U.S. states right now. Whether we can ship to you depends on your medicine and your state's rules. Your intake answers and your clinician confirm this before you're charged anything.

Refills

Refills ship on their own once a month. We'll email you 5 days before each refill ships. You can skip, pause, or cancel from your account.

If a package is lost or damaged

Message us within 14 days of the date it was supposed to arrive. If medicine that needs to stay cold is lost or damaged, we'll replace it for free.
