What does it cost?

Compounded semaglutide starts at $159/mo and compounded tirzepatide at $279/mo, on a 6‑month plan. Month to month, they’re $199 and $349. That’s all in, with no membership. Brand-name pens are billed by the drug maker. They also need a membership: $39 your first month, then $99/mo. The intake is free. You’ll see the full price before you check out. FSA/HSA eligible.

What medications do you offer?

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, and the brand-name pens Wegovy® and Zepbound®. Your clinician suggests one based on your health history and goals. Compounded medicines are not FDA‑approved.

Do I have to use needles?

Most GLP‑1s are a small shot once a week, with a very fine needle. Your clinician shows you how. You can also ask about other options.

What about side effects?

The most common are nausea and an upset stomach. They’re usually mild and show up early on. Your clinician starts you on a low dose and adjusts it over time. You can message the care team anytime.

What if I’m not approved?

You pay nothing. Your clinician will tell you why and what might help instead.
