What the research shows so far.

Peptide research is early. Here’s what we can and can’t say.

Human data
What we’ll say
NAD+
Plays a role in cell energy and DNA repair.
Mostly on building blocks taken by mouth. Injected NAD+ is not settled.
A role in the body doesn’t prove the shots help. We don’t promise energy or anti‑aging results.
Sermorelin
Prompts your own growth hormone release.
Limited evidence for sleep, recovery, or body composition in healthy adults.
We don’t promise anti‑aging results.
Glutathione
An antioxidant your body makes.
Human studies are small.
We don’t promise a benefit for tiredness, skin, or recovery.

“Zappy Health is extremely easy to enroll in. They were helpful every step of the way & I knew within the hour of submitting my application that I was a candidate. As soon as I made my decision to start my journey the communication from them has been impressive.”

“100% Satisfied-Great customer service, easy appointments, great products. As a person who needs this medication and doesn’t have a normal situation this company has been able to help me and I am extremely satisfied. Pricing is a little higher than I would like but you get what you pay for. Tried a cheaper company and got horrible customer service.”

Common questions.

Or message a clinician directly.

Are peptides legal?

It depends on the peptide and how it's made. Not every peptide can be compounded. A licensed clinician has to prescribe it, and a 503A pharmacy has to make it. That sets it apart from gray-market vials.

Is the science actually settled?

No. We understand the role these molecules play in the body. But evidence that they improve energy, recovery, or aging in people is limited. We don't promise anti-aging or recovery results. A clinician talks through what's known, what isn't, and the risks.

How long is a course?

Most cycles run 4–12 weeks. We check in again before any refill. We don't keep you on it forever by default.

Do these need injections?

Most come as shots. Some come in forms you swallow or put on your skin. Your clinician will recommend the right one for you.

Start with an honest answer.

Tell us what’s bothering you. A clinician looks at the cause first, then decides if a course makes sense.
