At 51 years old, I honestly didn’t think I could turn back the clock the way I have — but this program has helped me in every way possible. I’ve lost a sizable amount of weight but It’s not just about the weight. It’s my energy, my confidence, my discipline, and my mindset. My joints don’t hurt like they used to. I sleep better. I move easier. I feel lighter physically and mentally. And you truly can’t put a price on your health. Their customer service is amazing — I’ve literally received responses within minutes. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. This wasn’t overnight. It was consistency. And Zappy gave me the structure to stay consistent. Best investment I’ve made in myself in a long time.

I started with another "Z" company and got more excuses than I cared for... so I tried Zappy. I do my online survey every month to let them know about my weightloss and I've received my injections every month. Flat rate no hidden fees, and the cost doesn't increase. This company is great and helps you every step of the way. Wanna good company to get weightloss prescriptions, go with Zappy.

Common questions

How much does Wegovy® pill cost?
The manufacturer's pharmacy bills you for the medication. It costs $149–$299 a month, depending on the dose. Zappy's care membership is billed separately. It's $39 your first month, then $99/mo. You'll see the full price before checkout. You pay nothing unless a clinician approves you.
How is Wegovy® pill taken?
The dose goes up slowly. This is called titration. You start with a 0.25 mg shot under the skin once a week for 4 weeks. Then the dose steps up every 4 weeks (0.5 → 1.0 → 1.7 → 2.4 mg), as long as your body handles it. The maintenance dose is usually between 1.0 mg and 2.4 mg a week.
What are the side effects of Wegovy® pill?
Common: nausea, constipation, diarrhea, tiredness (early on, while the dose goes up), less appetite. Less common: acid reflux, reactions where you inject, gallbladder discomfort. Rare: pancreatitis (swelling of the pancreas), sudden kidney injury (linked to dehydration). Your clinician checks your health history before prescribing. They'll change your plan if side effects come up.
Does Wegovy® pill interact with other medications?
Tell your clinician about everything you take. Known interactions: Insulin and sulfonylureas: higher risk of low blood sugar. Their doses may need to be lowered; Pills that need very exact dosing (a narrow therapeutic window): absorbed more slowly, because your stomach empties more slowly; GLP-1 / GIP medicines like tirzepatide: never take them together.
Is Wegovy® pill FDA-approved?
Yes. Wegovy® pill is a brand-name, FDA-approved medication, supplied by the manufacturer.
