The honest version

This is the same medicine as the Zepbound pen, so the same trial results apply. The vial costs less because you draw the dose yourself.

What the first months look like

1
Weeks 1–4

Priming dose (2.5 mg).

2
Weeks 5–20

The dose goes up by 2.5 mg about once a month, toward maintenance.

3
Month 5+

Maintenance at 10–15 mg. The week-72 trial results came from these doses.

Dosing, step by step

Ladder 2.5 mg start, +2.5 mg ~monthly to 10–15 mg — as the label sets out

Each week, you draw your dose from its own single-dose vial with a syringe. Your clinician walks you through the first one on a video visit.

And when it gets rough

Show what helps
  • Nausea It comes from how the drug works and follows your dose steps. It fades as your body adjusts. Pace the steps with your clinician.
  • Injection-site reactions Use a different spot each time. Mild redness right where you inject is normal. Contact your clinician if redness spreads.
  • Unsure about drawing the dose That's normal in week one. We'll do it with you on video. And if you'd rather switch to the pen, just send us a message.

Safety information

A U.S.-licensed clinician reviews every prescription and decides whether this medicine is right for you. During your visit, tell them if any of the following applies to you or your family.

In rodent studies, semaglutide and tirzepatide caused thyroid C-cell tumors. It is not known whether they cause these tumors, including medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), in people. Do not use this medication if you or any of your family have had MTC, or if you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).

Why we start you here
Zepbound vials and pens are two forms of the same brand-name medicine from the manufacturer. A vial needs the right syringe and instructions for that exact product. Don't assume the strength or amount is the same between them. If you want to switch forms, contact your prescriber and pharmacy first to confirm the prescription, supply, and cost.

At 51 years old, I honestly didn’t think I could turn back the clock the way I have — but this program has helped me in every way possible. I’ve lost a sizable amount of weight but It’s not just about the weight. It’s my energy, my confidence, my discipline, and my mindset. My joints don’t hurt like they used to. I sleep better. I move easier. I feel lighter physically and mentally. And you truly can’t put a price on your health. Their customer service is amazing — I’ve literally received responses within minutes. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. This wasn’t overnight. It was consistency. And Zappy gave me the structure to stay consistent. Best investment I’ve made in myself in a long time.

I started with another "Z" company and got more excuses than I cared for... so I tried Zappy. I do my online survey every month to let them know about my weightloss and I've received my injections every month. Flat rate no hidden fees, and the cost doesn't increase. This company is great and helps you every step of the way. Wanna good company to get weightloss prescriptions, go with Zappy.
